Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational efficiencies across all locations.
• Oversee day to day coordination of resources to meet customer needs.
• Directly responsible for communicating between rental and maintenance operations.
• Drive profitable revenue growth by maintaining and growing customer relationships.
• Oversee customer concerns to maintain the relationship.
• Lead RAM/Rental Counter marketing activities and promotions.
• Forecast market potential and optimize fleet and sales alignment.
