Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Rental Car Associate to manage the leasing of rental vehicles and coordinate customer reservations. The role includes presenting rental forms, finalizing bills, and supervising fleet maintenance such as cleaning and refueling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Two years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the leasing of rental cars to customers.
• Ensure correct presentation of rental forms and finalization of bills.
• Make customer reservations.
• Supervise maintenance, cleaning and gassing of the rental fleet, including shop rentals.
• Handle ESP, service rentals and body shop rentals.
• Inventory control of rental vehicles.
