Job summary

Top Drive is seeking a friendly Rental Representative in Carrboro, NC to support our team. You will assist customers with reservations, explain pricing and policies, and ensure a courteous checkout and check-in process.

The role requires strong communication, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. English and Spanish skills are highly valued; weekend/holiday availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Service oriented attitude.
• Minimum MBO education preferably EPI Hospitality Management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Papiamento and Dutch are a plus.
• Preferably experience in customer service or similar function.
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• A team player but can also work well independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Flexible (no 8 to 5 mentality) and available to work weekends and holidays.
• Familiar with computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Assisting our customers with existing and new reservations.
• Advice on pricing, vehicle categories, insurance policies, additional products and services.
• Perform vehicle inspections upon check-out and check-in.
• Resolve customer related issues.
• Maintain contact with customers by answering emails, chats and phone calls.
