Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision.
• High mechanical aptitude; understand construction phases and project conditions for suggesting appropriate products.
• Excellent customer satisfaction skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Must service existing customers with periodic visits and prospect new customers.
• Good listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Innovative and creative; able to quickly evaluate facts and maintain good judgment when making decisions.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong PC skills and ability to adapt to changing technology.
• Frequent travel including overnight or out of town.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts including days, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote Caterpillar equipment and Allied product rental to customers.
• Assist customers with equipment recommendations and technology advancements.
• Ensure all equipment deliveries meet the rental agreement and monitor customer satisfaction.
