Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process.
• Expand existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and principals.
• Nurture existing relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction and inform about new services.
• Promptly respond to inquiries, requests, or complaints and resolve them.
• Develop sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
