EquipmentShare is hiring a Rental Coordinator for our Carlin, NV facility (Advanced Solutions). You will manage rental processes, nurture contractor relationships, and drive growth by educating customers on saving time and money with our tech-enabled platform.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime after 40 hours and the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly evolving company that values problem-solvers and builders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process
• Expand our customer base by building relationships with contractors and principal contacts; educate on how EquipmentShare saves time and money
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with service and support
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
