EquipmentShare in Waterloo, IA is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. You will manage the rental process, respond to inbound leads, and guide customers to the right equipment, while expanding our contractor relationships and optimizing each rental experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction, with Monday–Friday hours and overtime pay after 40 hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
• Expand our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction principals; educate on savings and efficiency.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with service and support.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
