EquipmentShare in Haskell, TX is hiring a Rental Coordinator to join our onsite facility. You will respond to inbound leads, guide customers through the rental process, and help ensure the right equipment is available at the right time.

We value relationship-building, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime after 40 hours and opportunities to grow with a fast-paced, mission-driven company.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
• Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with service and support.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
