EquipmentShare is hiring a Rental Coordinator for our Fort Worth and Keller facilities. You will manage the rental process, guide customers, and ensure the right equipment is delivered at the right time with our T3 technology.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process.
• Expand customer base by building relationships with contractors and company principals.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships for 100% satisfaction.
• Promptly respond to inquiries, requests, or complaints.
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share.
