EquipmentShare is hiring a Rental Coordinator for our Michigan City, IN facility. You’ll manage rental processes, respond to inquiries, and build strong contractor relationships to improve efficiency and savings.

This role emphasizes customer service excellence and scalable growth within a tech-enabled rental platform. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime after 40 hours and is based at our Michigan City location.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process
• Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate our customers about how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with the level of service and support from EquipmentShare
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience
