Job summary

EquipmentShare in Hubbard, TX seeks a Rental Coordinator to guide customers through the rental process and grow our contractor base. You will respond to inquiries, nurture relationships, and promote savings and efficiency with our tech-enabled rentals.

We offer a 7:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with overtime after 40 hours, full medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO, 401(k) match, and career growth opportunities in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to execute rental processes and resolve inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
• Expand our customer base by building relationships with contractors and company principals.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships and keep clients informed on services.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
