Job summary

Wagner Equipment is seeking a Rental Coordinator in New Mexico to assist customers in selecting the best equipment and to coordinate daily rental transactions. The role emphasizes accuracy in invoicing, tax application, and records management across CAT and non-CAT rentals.

Responsibilities include processing rental contracts, managing reservations, and helping customers with equipment options. A high school diploma is required; college degree preferred, with experience in a heavy equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in heavy equipment environment preferred.
• Experience in customer service and clerical tasks beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Invoices CAT and non-CAT rentals, damage charges, and demos.
• Process rental and invoice steps accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain rental equipment records across the fleet.
• Apply applicable taxes to invoices correctly.
• Review shipping/receiving docs for accuracy.
• Support Rental Fleet Sales Administrator with documents.
• Input lost-sales rental data into the system.
• Use DBS to manage reservations and contracts.
• Handle overdue contracts and expired reservations.
