Milton CAT is seeking a Power Systems Rental Coordinator. The Power Systems Rental Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for Inside and Outside Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless and smooth Rental Operations. You will manage initial reservation to the final invoice, as well as coordinating with Logistics Teams and In-House Service Teams, to ensure a great Customer Experience!

Pay Range: $56,000 - $67,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Rental Management: Process rental orders, complete reservations, and manage contracts and invoices through our software system.
• Logistics Coordination: Schedule equipment transportation and coordinate machine preparation with the service department to meet tight deadlines.
• Inventory Control: Perform equipment "check-ins" via software to report hours, fuel levels, and damage, as required.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Teams and Service Teams, as required.
