EquipmentShare is Hiring a Rental Coordinator

EquipmentShare is immediately hiring a Rental Coordinator for our rental facility in Logan, UT. The role involves scheduling rentals and maintaining customer service standards.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours.

Primary Responsibilities

At EquipmentShare, we’re transforming the rental experience with our proprietary T3 technology. Our platform empowers rental coordinators to work smarter by maintaining up-to-date information on machines and ensuring customers get the right equipment at the right time.

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process.
• Build relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and informing them about new services.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, or complaints.
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
