We are looking for a Coordinator, Lease Administration to join our Real Estate team based in Medford, OR. This position plays a critical role in supporting the lease administration process for our Dealership and Support Service facilities. The Coordinator will work closely with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to ensure accurate lease management, timely payments, and excellent communication.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and maintain lease information and documentation in property management software.
Coordinate timely input of lease data to ensure accurate accounting and payments.
Communicate lease changes to internal teams including Risk, Utilities, Vendor Admin, and Treasury.
Invoice tenants according to lease terms and monitor payment activity.
Collaborate with property management vendors for smooth landlord and tenant relations.
Facilitate payment requests through internal approval processes.
Assist the Legal team with lease document management and requests.
Support reconciliation of lease costs with landlords and tenants.
Draft formal correspondence to landlords and tenants.
Manage lease records and ensure data integrity across platforms such as Electronic Archive and Tango.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
2+ years of experience in real estate A/R management and/or accounting.
Proficiency with Tango or other property management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Notary certification preferred.
