GSP Transportation Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Agent to welcome customers, assess needs, explain rental options, and suggest value-added products. The CSA will drive sales while delivering exceptional service from reservation through vehicle return.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, explaining terms, and maintaining records. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive sales approach within a fast-paced rental environment.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean three-year MVR.
• One year of sales or customer service experience.
• Open availability for flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency including Word and Excel.
• Strong time management and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service across the customer journey from reservations to return.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, rates, and services clearly.
• Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Engage in consultative sales to recommend protection products and upgrades.
• Meet or exceed location sales goals through effective customer interactions.
• Coordinate vehicle availability and ensure cleanliness and readiness of cars.
• Safeguard customer information and adhere to procedures.
• Support daily location operations and participate in required training.
• Continuously update job knowledge and skills.
