Job summary

Vail Resorts in Beaver Creek, CO, is hiring for winter 2026/27 for seasonal roles including Rental Associates, cooks, drivers, instructors and more. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time hours available.

You will join a team that serves guests in a mountain resort setting, gain free passes, lessons, and discounts while building guest-service skills. Applicants must be 18+, be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
• Fit guests with equipment—we'll train you
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard
• May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales
• Other duties as assigned

A Rental Associateteam member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

Mountain Activities

Retail Rental operations

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
