The Society of St. Vincent de Paul – Cincinnati is seeking a Rental Assistance Landlord Liaison in the Finance department to help ensure rent assistance payments are documented and processed accurately, in coordination with social services staff.
The role supports homelessness prevention by collecting landlord documentation, confirming payees and payment amounts, and entering data into the case management system, with a focus on organization and timely follow-up.
St. Vincent de Paul – Cincinnati (SVDP) has served residents of greater Cincinnati for over 150 years with basic needs such as food, medicine, and homelessness prevention through its outreach center in the West End and through fifty-one parish-based volunteer Conferences (chapters). SVDP provides holistic direct assistance and systemic change services while treating neighbors in need with dignity and compassion.
The Rental Assistance Landlord Liaison is a detail-oriented administrative position located within the finance department and dedicated to supporting our homelessness prevention program. This role helps ensure that rent assistance payments are properly documented, accurately processed, and coordinated with social services staff who are working directly with individuals and families in need of assistance.
Reports to: Controller
Hours: 40 hours/week
