Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) to meet targets.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments with account tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups and follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone and at customers' homes.
• Support sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
