Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee rental accounts, deliver white-glove service and drive sales growth. You will complete deliveries and pickups, perform early-stage collections, and maintain showroom standards while upholding safety guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and strong communication and customer service skills. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned portfolio of rental accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups; ensure showrooms and vehicles meet standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
