Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end Rent2Buy sales process and achieve monthly targets.
• Manage vehicle finance process and work with lenders to secure financing.
• Ensure CRM output is accurate and up-to-date.
• Verify completion of deal packages and follow up on missing documents.
• Monitor store compliance related to the Rent2Buy model.
• Collaborate with Rent2Buy team to reclassify vehicles and fund deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support high NPS scores.
