Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in collections or property management.
• Experience handling delinquent accounts, payment arrangements, and settlements.
• Experience in reporting delinquency and performance metrics.
• Experience in Military Housing or Property Management preferred.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rent Recovery Specialists to meet performance and recovery goals.
• Manage daily workflow, calls, and portfolio performance.
• Provide training and ongoing coaching to the team.
• Own QA and compliance of collection activity.
• Balance individual portfolio ownership with leadership duties.
• Manage a portfolio of past resident accounts aged 1+ to 90 days.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements within guidelines.
• Escalate complex or high-risk accounts as needed.
• Ensure timely progression to resolution including write-offs and third-party placement.
• Prepare and deliver reporting on delinquency, fees, and recovery metrics.
