Impact RTO Holdings, doing business as Rent A Center, is hiring immediately for a Sales Assistant Manager in Milton, FL. The role focuses on driving store revenue, managing inventory, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This position offers a 5-day workweek with Sundays off, paid sick/vacation/holidays, and opportunities for advancement into store management through training programs and developments like YOUniversity.

Qualifications

As a Sales Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Drive store revenue performance by consistently meeting and surpassing company sales targets
• Managing and maintaining the store's inventory
• Assisting with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean show room
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaintsIf needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer's location
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Regional Manager

Requirements and Qualifications

• Sales experience required
• Possess a valid state Driver's License for a minimum of 1 year
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally permitted to work in the US
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check
