Job summary

As a Sales Assistant Manager, you will drive store revenue, manage inventory, assist with deliveries and service, and lead staff to deliver outstanding customer service while preparing for entry into store

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• Heavy lifting required.
• Possess a valid state driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally permitted to work in the US.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Drive store revenue performance by consistently meeting and surpassing company sales targets.
• Manage and maintain the store's inventory.
• Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis.
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean show room.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• If needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer's location.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service.
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Regional Manager.
