Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive store revenue, manage inventory, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will assist with deliveries, setup, and supervising store staff, with a focus on advancing to store leadership roles.

Ideal candidates bring proven sales experience, a valid driver's license, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. This is a full-time on-site role offering a competitive hourly wage, weekly pay, and growth

Qualifications

• Sales experience required
• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Must be 18 or older and legally allowed to work in the US
• Clear background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records required

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales targets
• Manage and maintain inventory
• Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service and returns
• Set up and maintain an attractive showroom
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
• Occasionally assist with deliveries and installation at customer locations
• Direct and supervise store staff in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries and customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store/Regional Manager

As a Sales Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Drive store revenue performance by consistently meeting and surpassing company sales targets
• Managing and maintaining the store's inventory
• Assisting with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean show room
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• If needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer's location
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Regional Manager

Requirements Qualifications

• Sales experience required
• Possess a valid state Driver's License for a minimum of 1 year
• Be at least 18 years of age
