Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is hiring immediately for a Sales Assistant Manager in Greenville, NC. This position emphasizes advancement, training for future management, and a family-like culture with growth opportunities.

You will drive store revenue, oversee inventory, assist with deliveries, greet customers, and supervise staff. Requirements include 18+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift, and passing checks.

Qualifications

• Great attitude and upbeat personality.
• Heavy lifting required.
• Sales experience required.
• Possess a valid state Driver's License for a minimum of 1 year.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally permitted to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Drive store revenue performance by consistently meeting and surpassing company sales targets.
• Manage and maintain the store's inventory.
• Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis.
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean showroom.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• If needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer's location.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service.
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Regional Manager.
