Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings is hiring for a Sales Assistant Manager in North Carolina’s La Grange area. The role focuses on driving store performance, managing inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service while supporting daily operations and occasional deliveries.

You will be part of a family-like team with training and growth opportunities toward store management, including a structured rewards program and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Drive store revenue by meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Manage and maintain store inventory.
• Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service and returns.
• Set up and maintain an attractive showroom.
• Greet customers and respond to inquiries and complaints with excellent service.
• Occasionally perform deliveries and set-up at customer locations.
• Direct and supervise staff engaged in sales, inventory and cash reconciliation.

As a Sales Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Drive store revenue performance by consistently meeting and surpassing company sales targets
• Managing and maintaining the store's inventory
• Assisting with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean show room
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• If needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer's location
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Regional Manager
