The position emphasizes daily account management, customer service excellence, and teamwork, with a 5‑day workweek and Sundays off. Candidates must meet licensing, eligibility, and background requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in sales and account management functions.
• Heavy lifting as part of daily store operations.
• Possess a valid state Driver’s License for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Ability to pass background and motor vehicle records checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed standards.
• Ensure all policies, procedures and standards are followed.
• Manage and maintain the store's inventory.
• Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service and returns.
• Set up and maintain an attractive, clean showroom.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Occasionally go out on truck for deliveries and setup at customer locations.
• Direct and supervise sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, and deliveries.
• Secure store assets and support store leadership as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Regional Manager.

As a Lead Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed company standards
• Ensure all policies, procedures and standards are followed and adhered to
• Managing and maintaining the store's inventory
• Assisting with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean show room
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• When needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer’s location
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service
• Manage and secure the assets of the store
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Regional Manager
