Job summary

Rent A Center in Brunswick, GA is hiring for a Lead Assistant Manager. This role focuses on driving daily account management performance and maintaining showroom presentation, while delivering exceptional customer service and supervising staff.

The position offers a 5-day workweek with Sundays off, weekly pay, and growth opportunities through internal development programs. Candidates should be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass background and MVR checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and account management.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state Driver’s License for 1 year minimum.
• Legally permitted to work in the US.
• Pass background and motor vehicle records checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed company standards.
• Ensure all policies, procedures and standards are followed and adhered to.
• Manage and maintain the store's inventory.
• Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns daily.
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean showroom.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• When needed, go out on truck to perform deliveries and setup at customer location.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service.
• Manage and secure the assets of the store.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Regional Manager.

As a Lead Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed company standards
• Ensure all policies, procedures and standards are followed and adhered to
• Managing and maintaining the store's inventory
• Assisting with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean show room
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• When needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer’s location
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service
• Manage and secure the assets of the store
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Regional Manager

• Proficient in both sales and account management functions
• Heavy lifting required
• Possess a valid state Driver’s License for a minimum of 1 year
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally permitted to work in the US
• Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check
