Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings is seeking a Lead Assistant Manager in Covington, TN to drive daily account management and deliver excellent customer service. The role emphasizes growth, training for future management, and an engaging, team-oriented store environment.

You will manage inventory, assist with deliveries and showroom setup, and lead staff to meet company standards. A valid license, ability to lift, and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in both sales and account management.
• Must be able to lift heavy items.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the US.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed standards.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Manage and maintain the store's inventory.
• Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service and returns.
• Set up and maintain an attractive, clean showroom.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries/complaints.
• Occasionally assist with deliveries and setup at customers’ locations.
• Direct and supervise sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, and customer service.

As a Lead Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed company standards
• Ensure all policies, procedures and standards are followed and adhered to
• Managing and maintaining the store's inventory
• Assisting with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean show room
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• When needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer’s location
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service
• Manage and secure the assets of the store
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Regional Manager
