Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager in North Carolina. The role focuses on driving store revenue, leading a small team, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage inventory, support deliveries and setups, maintain an attractive showroom, and train staff to uphold company standards. Immediate start, weekly pay, and growth into store management are offered.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• Great attitude and upbeat personality.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally permitted to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Drive store revenue performance by consistently meeting and surpassing company sales targets.
• Managing and maintaining the store's inventory.
• Assisting with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis.
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean showroom.
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• If needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer’s location.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service.
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Regional Manager
