Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is hiring for an entry-level Delivery & Customer Service role in Georgia. You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, assist customers at their homes, and support in-store tasks with training provided.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You’ll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You’ll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training
