Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is looking for a motivated entry-level delivery driver and customer service associate in Georgia. You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, load/unload items, and assist customers both at their homes and in-store.

No experience is required; training is provided. You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.

• Valid driver's license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in creating social media/marketing content to support company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries.

What You'll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You'll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers' homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You'll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
