Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Helena, MT is hiring for an entry-level Delivery and Customer Service Associate. No experience is required; we provide training and a clear path into management. You’ll drive a company truck, deliver and pick up items, and assist in-store tasks.

Requirements include being 18+, a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Benefits and a supportive team await you.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items; load safety procedures will be taught.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in creating social media and marketing content for company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries; training provided.

What You’ll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You’ll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You’ll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training
