Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is hiring for an entry-level position in Kentucky. No experience required; we train you and offer a clear path into management. The role focuses on driving to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, while assisting in-store tasks.

You’ll load/unload items, set up products in customers’ homes, and provide excellent customer service. Benefits include paid time off, insurance, retirement plan, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.

What You’ll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You’ll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You’ll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.
