Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is seeking an entry-level Delivery Driver/Customer Service Associate in Florida. You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, set them up in customers' homes, and assist in the store when not on deliveries.

No experience needed; we provide training and offer a path into management. Benefits include insurance, 401(k), time off, and a company discount. Starting pay is $17 per hour with some bilingual pay potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in creating social media and marketing content to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries and receive training.

What You’ll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You’ll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You’ll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training
