Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is hiring for an entry-level delivery driver and in-store support role in the Rock Hill area. The job involves driving a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, while providing friendly customer service during home visits and in-store assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training.

What You’ll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You’ll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You’ll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.
