Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is hiring immediately for a Sales Assistant Manager in Manchester, TN. The role focuses on revenue growth, inventory control, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 with a 5-day workweek and Sundays off. Training programs and internal development opportunities prepare you for future store management roles.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• Heavy lifting required.
• Valid state Driver’s License for at least 1 year.
• 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Drive store revenue by meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Manage and maintain the store's inventory.
• Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service and returns.
• Set up and maintain an attractive showroom.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries/complaints.
• Occasionally go out on truck to deliver and set up at customer locations.
• Direct and supervise staff in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Regional Manager.

As a Sales Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Drive store revenue performance by consistently meeting and surpassing company sales targets
• Managing and maintaining the store's inventory
• Assisting with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean show room
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• If needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer's location
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Regional Manager
