Job summary

Expert Aquatics LLC is seeking a dependable Swimming Pool Renovation & Repair Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on pool renovations, repairs, and maintenance with a hands-on outdoor work environment.

You will oversee subcontractors, diagnose leaks, perform tile work, plumbing, and equipment installations, while ensuring safety and quality on every project. Training is available for motivated individuals with construction aptitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool construction, renovation, plastering, masonry, tile work, plumbing, or general construction preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (vehicle provided).
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions.
• Experience is preferred but not required; training available for motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Repair/replace broken pool tile, coping stones, etc.
• Assist with pool resurfacing, chipping, preparation, and finishing work.
• Diagnose and repair pool leaks and other structural or surface issues.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and replace pool fittings, drains, etc.
• Assist with equipment installation and repairs, including pumps, filters, and related pool systems.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and job site equipment safely.
• Coordinate multiple repair and renovation jobs with subcontractors simultaneously.
• Prepare job sites, protect surrounding property, and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Prepare quotes and present them to customers.

We strive to provide the highest level of service our industry has to offer which includes providing lifeguard and attendant services, as well as maintenance and swimming pool construction. We specialize in commercial operationsbut also provide limited service to residential swimming pools.

Expert Aquatics is looking for a dependable, hardworking Swimming Pool Renovation & Repair Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working outdoors. Experience in pool renovation or construction is preferred, but with the right attitude, we believe a handy individual with general knowledge of construction would be a quick study.

Job Responsibilities
