Expert Aquatics is hiring a Swimming Pool Renovation & Repair Technician to join our team. You will oversee subcontractors, manage renovations, and repair tasks on commercial pool facilities, with emphasis on quality and safety. Construction experience is a plus, and training is available for motivated individuals.

The role offers full-time work with regular weekday hours, field-based tasks, and opportunities for skill development and career growth in a growing company.

Responsabilités

• Oversee subcontractors who perform pool renovations, builds, and upgrades.
• Repair/replace broken pool tile, coping stones, etc.
• Assist with pool resurfacing, chipping, preparation, and finishing work.
• Diagnose and repair pool leaks and other structural or surface issues.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and replace pool fittings, drains, etc.
• Assist with equipment installation and repairs, including pumps, filters, and related pool systems.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and job site equipment safely.
• Coordinate multiple repair and renovation jobs with subcontractors simultaneously.
• Prepare job sites, protect surrounding property, and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Prepare quotes and present them to customers.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Expert Aquatics is a rapidly growing and expanding commercial pool management, maintenance, and construction company with a central focus on hospitality and customer experience. We strive to provide the highest level of service our industry has to offer which includes providing lifeguard and attendant services, as well as maintenance and swimming pool construction. We specialize in commercial operationsbut also provide limited service to residential swimming pools.

Expert Aquatics is looking for a dependable, hardworking Swimming Pool Renovation & Repair Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working outdoors. Experience in pool renovation or construction is preferred, but with the right attitude, we believe a handy individual with general knowledge of construction would be a quick study.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee subcontractors who perform pool renovations, builds, and upgrades.

Repair/replace broken pool tile, coping stones, etc.

Qualifications

Previous experience in swimming pool construction, renovation, plastering,

masonry, tile work, plumbing, or general construction is preferred.

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot problems.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. (Company will provide vehicle)

Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions.

Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train someone who is motivated, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in the swimming pool industry.
