Job summary

Rodenhiser Home Services Inc. in Holliston, MA is seeking a results-driven Renovation Sales Consultant to drive growth through consultative selling of home improvement equipment and services.

You will build rapport with homeowners, develop relationships, and close deals that meet sales targets. This role offers a 100% commission-based compensation plan with a draw against commissions, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life/AD&D, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) match, and

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales.
• Financial acumen including profitability analysis.
• IT competent with MS Office and sales apps.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Familiar with local codes and product lines.
• Outgoing personality in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
• Create sales proposals that can be transferred to installation teams.
