Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking aSales Representative to meet with homeowners, present energy-efficient remodeling options, and close deals. The role includes ongoing training, mentorship, and a path for advancement.

You will earn uncapped commissions, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, enjoy presenting to groups, and thrive in a team-driven, goal-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with new people and presenting information.
• Self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or other customer-facing roles helpful.
• Experience delivering presentations or working toward performance-based goals.
