Job summary

Phillips Brothers Real Estate in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee residential remodeling across the Metro Atlanta market. You will walk sites, define scopes, and drive projects from start to finish within a two-hour radius of the HQ, with in-office hours Mon-Thu and Friday work-from-home.

The role requires strong GC knowledge, a reliable subcontractor network, and a proven track record in residential construction.

Qualifications

• GA residential construction experience required.
• General Contractor's License is preferred but not required.
• Reliable subcontractor network preferred.
• Must be willing to drive to job sites within a 2 hour radius of HQ.

Responsibilities

• Walking potential projects and preparing a renovation scope.
• Managing the renovation project from scope to completion.
• Hiring and actively managing skilled tradesmen on property.
• Building and maintaining list of vendors and sub-contractors.
• Sourcing and purchasing building materials.
• Developing relationships with vendors for preferred pricing.
• Managing quality control of renovation projects to meet investment goals.
