Ugville Construction is seeking a skilled Residential Project Manager to oversee high-volume renovations and operations across the Atlanta metro area. The role demands 5+ years of residential construction project management, a strong focus on quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will lead projects from planning through completion, supervise teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing residential construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities and ability to drive results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.
• Located in the Atlanta, GA area and willing to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of residential construction projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee pre-purchase diligence and scope bidding before property purchase.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain quality and compliance with codes, regulations, and client specs.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage project timelines.
• Maintain regular updates with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Enforce safety protocols on all job sites.
• Seek continuous improvement through industry trends and tech.
