You will guide projects from teardown to inspection, combining hands-on carpentry with executive site leadership on jobs up to $1M+. Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of framing, drywall, trim carpentry, door/window installation, and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day site operations for high-end residential additions and full-house renovations.
• Perform material takeoffs, manage supply orders, and coordinate deliveries on-site.
• Troubleshoot field issues and self-perform trades when required.
• Monitor framing, drywall, finish carpentry, tile, and MEP integrations for quality.
• Maintain transparent communication with homeowners with regular updates.

• Direct day-to-day site operations for high-end residential additions, structural modifications, and full-house renovations.
• Perform detailed material takeoffs, manage supply orders, and coordinate precise material deliveries on-site.
• Troubleshoot on-site construction obstacles in real time and step in to self-perform trade tasks when needed.
• Monitor framing, drywall, finish carpentry, tile, and MEP integrations to guarantee superior craftsmanship.
• Maintain transparent and calming communication with homeowners to provide regular updates and address concerns.
• Utilize BuilderTrend mobile software to track project schedules, submit site logs, and manage field budgets.
• Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling and overall construction management.
• Proven track record leading large-scale renovations ($300K+) involving additions and load-bearing structural removals.
• Extensive practical knowledge in framing, drywall, trim carpentry, door/window installation, and fixture placement.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot field issues independently and perform hands-on trade repairs when required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a calm, solutions-oriented approach to client relationship management.
• High proficiency using mobile software applications for project scheduling, logs, and site tracking.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred Qualifications & Experience Professional background with a foundation built on hands-on carpentry or specialized trade work.
• In-depth familiarity with Metro Atlanta residential building codes and permitting workflows.
