Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of residential construction project management experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and a readiness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing residential construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the Atlanta area as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee pre-purchase diligence including property assessment and scope bidding.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain high quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on sites.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures to keep projects within constraints.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to avoid delays.
