dB Atlanta seeks a Residential Project Manager / Superintendent to lead large-scale home renovations in Johns Creek, GA. You will guide projects from teardown to inspection, combining hands-on carpentry with executive site leadership on jobs up to $1M+. Join a team that values quality craftsmanship and long-term growth.

Hybrid/remote work in metro Atlanta, with bonuses and a 105k base plus 1% commission on gross projects. Strong client relations and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in residential remodeling.
• Proven track record leading large-scale renovations ($300k+) with additions and load-bearing removals.
• Extensive knowledge of framing, drywall, trim carpentry, door/window installation, and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day site operations for high-end residential additions and full-house renovations.
• Perform material takeoffs, manage supply orders, and coordinate deliveries on-site.
• Troubleshoot field issues and self-perform trades when required.
• Monitor framing, drywall, finish carpentry, tile, and MEP integrations for quality.
• Maintain transparent communication with homeowners with regular updates.
