Job summary

Block Renovation is seeking an experienced Project Planner / Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for high-value residential renovations. You will qualify leads, guide property owners through planning, budgeting, and contractor matching, and close agreements with a trusted advisory approach.

You will collaborate with a nationwide contractor network, maintain CRM accuracy, and drive quarterly revenue targets while occasionally working evenings and weekends to support owners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas.
• Experience selling to homeowners and business owners.
• Comfort with cold outreach across multiple channels.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Customer-first mindset and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the renovation sales pipeline from lead to signed contract.
• Guide owners through planning, budgeting, and contractor fit.
• Facilitate pricing, scope options, and negotiations.
• Maintain CRM updates and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with contractor network to create competitive proposals.
