Job summary

PACE Supply Corp. in Reno, Nevada is seeking a Branch Manager to launch and lead our new Reno branch.

You will own the branch’s success, supervising inside sales, counter operations, and warehouse logistics while building a high-performing team from the ground up. As a passionate people leader, you will drive aggressive sales growth across product lines, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and develop lasting relationships with customers and the local market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent credential required.
• At least 5 years experience in the plumbing industry.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Inside Sales in the plumbing industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develops sales strategy for the Reno branch and drives business for all divisions.
• Oversees inside sales, counter operations, and warehouse logistics; builds a high-performing team.
• Leads health, safety, and environmental program implementations and ensures branch goals are met.
