This leadership role requires an active CPA license and a minimum of 10 years in accounting with 5 years in management. The ideal candidate will foster a people-first culture, enhance operational efficiency, and support clients in the $2M to $10M range. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate, and the compensation package includes a base salary of $160,000–$210,000 plus performance-based incentives.
